It’s a new year, and we’re kicking off 2025 with some brand-new dishes that are ready to hit your table!
We are showcasing three savoury skillets, which are only available for a limited time and they are bursting with a range of bold and unique flavours.
The new Cali Taco Skillet is full of fresh vegetables that can be turned into three mouthwatering tacos if you so choose. The new Braised Beef Skillet features hearty, slow-roasted pot roast and is a Texas-sized meal perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Last but not least, our popular Santa Fe Skillet combines the flavourful ingredients of New Mexico into a delicious dish that you will adore.
As part of this seasonal menu, we are also pleased to serve our guests’ favourites, the Berry Waffle Slam and the Hearty 9-Grain Pancake Slam. The Canadian staple, Maple Stuffed Donut Holes, with cream cheese icing is a great way to end your meal with us.

CALI TACO SKILLET
Three eggs are scrambled with fire-roasted bell peppers and onions, fresh grape tomatoes, and spinach, served on a bed of crispy, seasoned red potatoes topped with salsa verde and finished with fresh avocado and sour cream. Plus, three warm flour tortillas on the side!
BRAISED BEEF SKILLET
Signature slow-roasted pot roast is braised with mushrooms, fire-roasted bell peppers & onions in a savoury beef sauce, served on a bed of crispy, seasoned red potatoes. Topped with melted shredded cheddar cheese and two eggs cooked your way.
Try it with a stack of Buttermilk Pancakes!
SANTA FE SKILLET
Enjoy a savoury blend of chorizo sausage, fire-roasted bell peppers and onions, mushrooms, and crispy, seasoned red potatoes topped with cheddar cheese and two eggs cooked your way, all on a sizzling skillet.
BERRY WAFFLE SLAM
Two sweet Liège-style waffles are made with real butter and pearl sugar, topped with seasonal berries and caramel sauce. Served with two eggs made to order, two bacon strips and two all-pork sausage links.
MAPLE STUFFED DONUT HOLES
Maple stuffed donut holes fried to perfection and tossed in powdered sugar, served warm with cream cheese icing.
HEARTY 9-GRAIN PANCAKE SLAM
Two multigrain wheat pancakes are made with flaxseeds, cinnamon and brown sugar, served with two eggs made to order, bacon or sausage and crispy hash browns.
